Travels is the first solo album of Marc Lendfers, a certified 5Rhythms® teacher living in Amsterdam and a former member of the band, GRUMPYHEAD.

The music is a journey through deep and powerful landscapes based on the 5Rhythms® movement practice of Gabrielle Roth.

Deeply original and percussive, the groove-oriented soundscapes and deep voices, in combination with traditional drums and percussion, give this album its high energy and strong character.
