This CD comes from many years of co-operation among Barbara Theiss, a 5Rhythms® teacher from Munich, and bandleaders Angelika Vizedum and Martin Seeliger. Dance was a major part of the recording process and the album is dedicated to all those who want to feel free and alive when they dance.

All of the musicians involved have their roots in jazz. And, because jazz was originally dance music, these skilled artists return to their roots to play for dancers and watch them grow wings.
